MATTRESS CARE
Instructions for maintenance – care – proper use of the mattress
(their application is necessary for the validity of the guarantee)
Ensure the optimal performance of the Neostroma mattress, which you just acquired by following the instructions for proper maintenance and care both during transport and during the period of use. In this way you achieve the longest useful life of the mattress, greater performance of its characteristics and better hygiene conditions.
Measure and give us he correct dimensions of the mattress.
An incorrect mattress dimension can damage the mattress (if it is smaller than the bed). Measure using a meter (not a measuring tape) the inside of the bed (NOT the dimensions of the old mattress), its length, width and depth from the surface (eg crate or boards) on which the mattress will be layed on and inform the manufacturer in order to adjust the mattress to the bed.Pay close attention
in the transfer of the mattress
It is forbidden to fold and bend the mattress (with springs). During storage, the mattress should always be placed in a special storage bag so that it does not get dirty.
Before you place the mattress
make sure the base is suitable
The anatomical boards (recommended distance 2-3 cm) or the boards are not worn or do not have large gaps between them. A faulty base can irreparably damage your mattress and reduce its performance in terms of comfort and support.
The support base must be
made in such a way
so that the mattress is ventilated and not masonry. Always make sure that air circulates under the mattress.
Do not use
water on the mattress
As there is a high probability of moisture absorption resulting in unpleasant odors and the growth of germs.
Do not use

Turn your mattress
regularly
(up – down & front – back). Especially in the first months the change should be more frequent.
Give your body time to get used to the new mattress.
The right time to change the mattress is when squeaks are heard, the materials have started to wear out and the mattress does not give us the feeling of rest.
We recommend that you change your mattress after 10-12 years of use for reasons of hygiene and physical health.
Choose the mattress that is compatible with your anatomical needs, that aligns and supports your spine and head properly, relieves pressure on your shoulders and hips and offers a sense of comfort.
Always try the mattress before you buy it, taking your usual sleeping position.
